SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are sent through USPS.
Shipping prices are based on the value of the items in your order. When calculating your total shipping time, please keep in mind that the day the package is shipped is not considered the first business day; start counting business days from first full day that the package is “in transit” to you.
Note: Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays.

United States
Standard untracked mail will usually take 5 - 7 business days locally, but nationwide can take up to 2 to 3 weeks.
Canada
Standard untracked mail can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
Other Countries
(Currently only shipping to Canada, UK, Australia, Norway, Singapore, & Indonesia.)
Standard untracked mail can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks. Sometimes can take up to 4 months. International orders are only available for sticker orders. Other items in the store are not available internationally at the moment. International Sticker only orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail UNTRACKED. They're shipped in envelopes to keep shipping costs low for you!
Please be advised that there may be additional customs fee that the customer must be responsible for.
Once the order has been dropped off or given to the postal carrier it is no longer under my control. I am not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. But if something happens or have any questions regarding your order you can always contact us at [email protected]
SHIPPING POLICIES
Please understand that once I hand the package off to the post office, what happens during transit is out of my control. I am not liable for the packages after they are dropped off at the post office.
If you used the "STICKERS" code for sticker only orders to receive free shipping; unfortunately, there is no way to track where your package is. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for packages lost in transit and will be unable to provide any refunds in these circumstances - please purchased tracked shipping if you want to track your sticker package.
If your package is returned back, please reach out at [email protected] So I can either help you reship it, or give you a refund.

If there are any problems with your tracking, please contact your local post office, as they usually have more information than I do, and will be faster for you to contact them directly. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
⇢ Do you ship internationally?
I currently only ship stickers only to the following countries: Canada, UK, Australia, Norway, Singapore, & Indonesia. Other items in my shop are NOT available internationally at the moment. Because of certain rules and regulations with other counties, I will not be opening other international locations for a while. However, my Patreon (sticker club subscription) is available world wide.
⇢ How long does shipping take?

⇢ My tracking hasn't updated, what should I do?
Once the order has been dropped off or given to the postal carrier it is no longer under my control. Please allow a few days for the tracking to update. Please reach out to me at [email protected] or fill out the contact form here.
⇢ My order arrived damaged or incorrect.
If an item from your order arrived damaged, or if you received the wrong item, I will be happy to sort it out for you. Please email me at [email protected] or fill out the contact form here with your order number, photo of the item & description of the issue.
Can I combine shipping if I place multiple orders?
Please include a checkout note with your previous order number for us to combine your orders, or email [email protected] upon placing your order with your order numbers.
Please let me know ASAP as I will not be able to combine orders after they've been shipped out.
⇢ If I order an In-stock item and Pre-order item, when will it ship?
If your cart includes a pre-order item, your other items will be held until pre-order items arrive and will be shipped together. If you would like the other items faster, please purchase them separately.
⇢ My tracking says "Return to Sender" what do I do?
If for some reason your order was sent back to me, I'd be more than happy to send it back out. Please reach out to me and let me know at [email protected] or submit a contact form here with your order number.

⇢ When do you restock items?
Certain items are a limited run and won't be restocked once sold out. I try to restock items during shop updates!
⇢ Do you take commissions or do custom orders?
I currently do not! My commissions are generally only open to clients that have commissioned from me before. But they're not open to new clients! I unfortunately do not have much time to do custom work anymore since I do have a day job as well as manage my small business and sticker club subscription.
